Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your betfun account must be fully verified. This means submitting valid government-issued ID and confirming your payment method. betfun may request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where there are compliance requirements.

• Withdrawals are only sent to accounts registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• betfun does not charge withdrawal fees. Your mobile money provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of processing hours will be queued and processed at the next available opportunity.
• betfun reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification or investigation of suspected fraud.

If your withdrawal has not arrived within 2 hours of being approved, contact betfun support with your withdrawal reference number. Do not submit duplicate withdrawal requests as this may cause further delays.

• Expiry: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time period. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon the completion of a game round.
• betfun reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a technical fault that resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betfun and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on betfun.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with betfun games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in betfun's platform or games.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits.
• Using betfun for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Abusing betfun's bonus system through low-risk or no-risk wagering strategies.
